Gilbert Aston Martin DB 5 James Bond restoration project
The famous Aston Martin DB 5 made in Japan in the 60 s by the company Gilbert.
It was made famous after it has been used in the James Bond film Goldfinger from 1964.
This car has the special featers such as Catapult chair, Upfolding bullet protection in the rear, Changable licencence plate, front rockets, and a tool in the rear wheel to tear other cars tires.

The car was in poor condition when found.
It is usually forbidden to repaint a old tin toy, but in this case I have made an exeption.

Disasembled with motor removed

The paint totally removed down to the tin plate.
Car was then sprayed with correct colors.
